Toronto real estate market. Is there a report that shows year-to-year appreciation rates by neighbourhood?

Specifically, I’m trying to find out how houses (not condos) in the Mimico area of Toronto compare to other neighbourhoods in Toronto year-to-year over the past 5 years… A relative owns a 1 story bungalow around Lakeshore and Royal York and he’s concerned that it’s value isn’t increasing at a rate similar to other areas in Toronto. If we can find other areas in Toronto that will provide him a better return on his investment, he will consider moving… thanks~

Yes that information is available, but it would take a bit of work to get it. There are always some areas that appreciate faster than others (and vice versa). Areas closer to downtown and ones near the subway lines have probably increased more. I would guess that bungalows in East York have increased more. If I get time, I’ll check.
