Illegal adoption, black market babies report?
i have to do a report on how illegal adoptions (black market babies) like where they take place (specific cities) who would participate in that crime and how it didnt just take place back in then.

I just did a google and came up with a bunch of stuff. Just change the manner in which you search. Add the word ‘who’ or ‘what countries’ and stuff pops up.
One site had this info :

a black market baby is a child that is sold to a person, not going through legal channels. Basically if you had a baby and sell it to someone for about 100 grand, that’s illegal adoption.
it can happen any where. not just one specific city. the people who would participate in this crime are people who want to adopt a child but for one reason or another they were not qualified to adopt. or parents do not want to do the whole lawyer and agency thing, so they just look around to see who is SELLING a child.
