Hi, well i want to start stock buying/selling. Is there any articles, books, videos anything, that i can watch that can give me a overview of what it is, how its done. Any beginner type instructions etc. Any help will be appreciated.

My library had a book
"Investing for Dummies"
It was not for dummies – it clearly explained everything.
I still don’t understand options since it didn’t go too deep into that.
If you don’t have a library get a good book from your bookstore.

they say that during an MBA course, the 1st year you get an overview of all subjects?

and during the second yr you have to choose ur major, whether finance or hr o systems etc

No. IN the first year, you have to study all the subjects – Finance, HR, Accounts, Marketing, Production, Quantative. After two Semesters you may choose the stream in which you want to do MBA.

How Important is it for someone in marketing to be familiar with accounting?

i am rider university student majoring in marketing. i was wondering how important it is for a marketer to be familiar with accounting practices? i am terrible at accounting is a broad overview of the subject enough? any information on the subject would be helpful.

Somehow, we might have to manage marketing budget.

Like for example, what does -0/32 mean? Or 13/32? I need to understand this for a project that I’m doing.

Its the amount in fractions of a percent of face value that the price of the bond changed from the day before. If you click on the link that says something like show full price you will get a more detailed chart that includes this explanation:

Treasury note and bond data are representative over-the-counter quotations as of 3pm Eastern time. Figures after colons in bid and ask quotes represent 32nds; 101:26 means 101 26/32, or 101.8125% of face value; 99:01 means 99 1/32, or 99.03125% of face value. For notes and bonds callable prior to maturity, yields are computed to the earliest call date for issues quoted above par and to the maturity date for issues below par.
