What should a market analysis and financial forecast in a business plan include?

Your market analysis should consist of your market research, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunity and threats. You should know what/who your competition is and what is your edge over everyone else. The financial forecast should include the cost of your product or the range of cost for your product and what you can predict in your sales. I would do this section after you have actually done a month of selling to use as your comparison. If you are writing a business plan to get a loan, then I would take your competitor and make your prediction based on that.
