Call any realtor within a 20 mile radius of your home.

Call a Realtor that is experienced in your local market they will in most cases be glad to do an analysis and give you advice on your choices. The information that you need is readily available to them in most cases very quickly, but to do it accurately they would need to see your home. Good Luck!
